Raw materials & manufactureStorage, middle cut, nutmeg & cloves

Mozart Chocolate Bitters is produced using cocoa macerate that has been stored in barrels. This is derived from forastero and trinitario cocoa beans from West Africa, which are macerated in a distillate from sugar beet.

Other ingredients include extracts of spices, such as nutmeg, cloves and vanilla. The sophisticated flavour is achieved with the aromas of fine chocolate.

A traditional storage method ensures the harmony between the exquisite ingredients of Mozart Chocolate Bitters and draws out the maximum flavour intensity. 

RecipeSalzburg in a glass

FIVE ISLAND TEA PUNCH

  • 60ml Banks 5 Island Rum
  • 20ml Sugar cane syrup
  • 20ml Lime juice
  • 80ml Strong black tea
  • 2 Dashes Mozart Chocolate Bitters
  • Preparation: Put everything into a shaker, fill with ice and shake well. Sieve into a chilled glass. 
  • Glass: Tumbler
  • Garnish: Freshly grated nutmeg

KOLA OLD FASHIONED

  • 60ml Sierra Milenario Extra Anejo Tequila
  • 10ml Kola Tonic
  • 1 Dash Mozart Chocolate Bitters
  • Preparation: Put all ingredients straight into the glass, fill with ice cubes and stir until chilled.
  • Glas: Tumbler
  • Garnitur: Orange zest

INDIAN CHOC

  • 40ml Old Monk Rum
  • 20ml Antica Formula
  • 10ml Vanilla sugar syrup (home-made)
  • 10ml Fresh lime
  • Dash Mozart Chocolate Bitters
  • Preparation: Put all ingredients into a shaker, fill with ice and shake well. Sieve into a large tumbler over an ice ball. 
  • Glass: Tumbler
  • Decoration: Grated chocolate, orange zest
