Ombré Coffee – Dark coffee meets Mozart Chocolate Liqueur & cardamom – Mozart Dark Chocolate, topped with a blend of whipped cream and Mozart White Chocolate Vanilla Cream with a sprinkle of cardamom. 

Which ingredients are needed for a large glass of Mozart Chocolate Liqueur Ombré Coffee?

  • 250ml black coffee
  • 20ml Mozart Dark Chocolate
  • 50ml heavy cream
  • 10ml Mozart White Chocolate Vanilla Cream
  • 1 capsule cardamom

How do you create one large glass of Mozart Chocolate Liqueur Ombré Coffee?

Whisk the heavy cream until stiff and stir in Mozart White Chocolate Vanilla Cream. Open the cardamom capsule and grind the seeds in a mortar. Brew the coffee, fill into a large glass, stir in the crushed cardamom seeds, then carefully pour in the Mozart Dark Chocolate Liqueur (do not stir, otherwise the Ombré-effect is lost). Spread the whipped cream mixture on the coffee.
