Ombré Coffee – Dark coffee meets Mozart Chocolate Liqueur & cardamom – Mozart Dark Chocolate, topped with a blend of whipped cream and Mozart White Chocolate Vanilla Cream with a sprinkle of cardamom.
Whisk the heavy cream until stiff and stir in Mozart White Chocolate Vanilla Cream. Open the cardamom capsule and grind the seeds in a mortar. Brew the coffee, fill into a large glass, stir in the crushed cardamom seeds, then carefully pour in the Mozart Dark Chocolate Liqueur (do not stir, otherwise the Ombré-effect is lost). Spread the whipped cream mixture on the coffee.
